How it works

  4. 4

    Follow the weeks

“What to expect” tells you what each stage looks like.

What a plan is

A plan is a small set of supplements built around one goal, written up so you can see the whole picture before you start. Plans live in My Stack, and recommended ones appear on Home. They currently include Sleep reset, Calm focus, Training recovery, Endurance training, Strong bones, Strength after menopause, Heart health, Digestive comfort, Plant-based essentials and Preconception essentials. Plans are general information. They don't replace your routine and aren't medical advice.

What's inside each plan

Every plan follows the same structure, so they're easy to compare. “What's in it” lists each nutrient with its amount, when to take it, why it's there and how strong the evidence is. “Your day” lays the plan out by part of the day. “What to expect” describes the weeks ahead in plain terms, including when you're unlikely to feel anything. There is also a summary of what the research says with its sources, safety notes, who the plan is and isn't for, and common questions.

Matched against your stack

A plan isn't a shopping list. For each nutrient, Suppin checks what you already take: if your stack already gives you enough, the plan says so; if you get some but less than the plan's amount, it tells you that too. For anything you don't have, tap Add to see catalog products that contain that nutrient and pick one, with the same quality score and suitability check as anywhere else in the app.

Honest about the evidence

Plans don't promise results. Each nutrient carries an evidence label, and the research summary says where results are modest or early. The weekly notes are realistic: bone and heart changes are slow and show up in tests rather than in how you feel, and sleep supplements have small effects that work best alongside regular hours and less late caffeine. Where a blood test would tell you more, the plan says so, and you can send the report to the assistant to go through it.

Questions about supplement plans

Sleep reset, Calm focus, Training recovery, Endurance training, Strong bones, Strength after menopause, Heart health, Digestive comfort, Plant-based essentials and Preconception essentials. Each lists what's in it, your day, what to expect week by week, what the research says with sources, safety notes and common questions.

No. Each nutrient shows whether your stack already covers it, so you only see what would be new. You add items one at a time and choose the product yourself. Plans are general information, and you can use them alongside the routine Suppin builds for you.

Each plan has safety notes and says who it isn't for. Products you add are checked against your answers like everywhere in the app. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist first if you're pregnant, take medication or have a health condition.

It depends on the plan, and each one says so in “What to expect”. Some effects show within days, many take several weeks, and some, like bone or heart health, show up only in tests over months. The plans are clear when effects are modest.
