Routine planner
A supplement routine, with a reason for every product.
Answer a few questions and Suppin builds a daily supplement routine by fixed safety rules: what to take, when, and why each product is in it.
Educational guidance, not medical advice.

How it works
- 1
Answer a few questions
Your goals, how you eat, your health answers and what you already take. It takes about two minutes.
- 2
Pick a routine size
Essentials only, essentials plus a few supportive ones, or everything that could help.
- 3
Get your routine in seconds
Fixed rules on our server choose each product, set its time of day and write down why it's there.
- 4
Follow it day to day
Tick off what you take, get reminders, and rebuild the routine when your answers or your shelf change.
What the routine planner does
Suppin turns your answers into a daily supplement routine: which products to take, at which part of the day (morning, noon, evening or bedtime), how much per take, and a short reason for each one. It is meant for people who already take supplements, or are thinking about it, and want a plan that fits their goals instead of a cupboard of bottles bought one at a time. The routine is educational guidance. It doesn't diagnose anything and isn't a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist.
The questions it asks
You pick up to five goals, such as sleep, energy, stress and mood, focus, immunity, fitness, heart or gut health. A few follow-up questions appear only when they fit your goals: what gets in the way of your sleep, when your energy dips, how often you train. Then come your age range, how you eat, oily fish and sun, and your health answers: pregnancy, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, prescription medication, conditions you manage, allergies and intolerances. Finally, what you already take, the forms you'd rather avoid and whether you use a pill organiser.
- Medication choices include blood thinners, sleeping pills, thyroid, diabetes and blood-pressure medicine and antidepressants
- Allergies include fish, shellfish, soy, milk, gluten, nuts, eggs and sesame
- Forms you can avoid: large tablets or capsules, powders, liquids and gummies
Built by rules, not by AI
Your routine is not written by a language model. A rules engine on our server takes the nutrients with evidence for your goals, removes anything a safety rule blocks for you, and leaves out what the products you already own cover. For each remaining need it picks a product from a catalog of over 17,000 by its quality score and its buyers' ratings, where a rating from many reviewers counts more than one from a few. The same answers always give the same routine. It takes a few seconds, and every product is scheduled at one serving from its label.
Safety rules that come first
Before anything is added, the engine checks your health answers. Products that don't suit pregnancy or breastfeeding, that can interact with a medicine you take, that contain one of your allergens or don't fit your diet are left out. Daily upper limits are checked against everything you take, including the products you already own. Where a combination needs a closer look, the product is marked “Review with a professional” instead of being added. If you skip the health questions, the app doesn't add new products for you; tracking what you already take still works.
Every product comes with its reason
Each item in the routine carries a one-line reason, such as which goal it covers and why it sits in the evening, with the evidence behind it as the detail. “About this routine” sums up the priorities, what was considered from your shelf, what is new and what was left out for size. Timing follows simple rules: fat-soluble vitamins with breakfast, magnesium with dinner, iron apart from calcium. If your goals or your shelf change later, the app suggests a review and you choose whether to rebuild.
You stay in charge
The routine is a starting point, not a prescription. You can add any product yourself and choose its part of the day, the days it repeats and the amount per take, or remove anything you don't want. Products a clinician prescribed are tracked as they are. You can change your answers at any time in Settings and generate a fresh routine, and your previous routine is kept in history.
Questions about routine planner
No. Suppin builds the routine with fixed rules on its server, from your goals, diet, health answers, what you already take and the routine size you pick. The same answers always give the same routine. AI is used only for the assistant chat and the label scanner, and only after you allow it.
You choose the size: essentials only, essentials plus a few supportive ones, or everything that could help. It's a ceiling, not a target to fill. Products you already own count toward it, nothing is added twice, and you may not need anything new at all if what you take already covers your goals.
The rules leave out products that don't suit pregnancy or breastfeeding, or that can interact with the medication you name, and flag others for a professional's review. That lowers the risk but doesn't replace advice: talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing a supplement.
From the product label. A new product is scheduled at one serving as printed, and the engine prefers products whose serving sits within the range studied for your goals. Daily upper limits are checked against everything you take. Suppin never sets doses from lab values.
Yes. Add or remove products, change the part of the day, the repeat days or the amount per take. When your goals or shelf change, the app suggests a review, and you can update your answers in Settings and generate a new routine at any time.
