What Is Supin? The Supplement Tracker AI App, Explained

Supin (Supplement Tracker AI) builds your daily supplement routine from your goals and the bottles you own, scores every product and explains your labs.

7 min read

Supin (Supplement Tracker AI) is an iPhone app that builds a daily supplement routine around your goals and the bottles you already own, explains why every product is in it, and keeps it running. It scans supplement labels, gives every product a personal fit score, tracks what you take and what's left, guides you through filling a pillbox, explains your lab results in plain language, and has an AI assistant that knows your routine. It's educational guidance — never medical advice.

Why we built Supin

Most people who take supplements are guessing. A bottle a friend recommended, another from an ad, a third because a lab result looked low — and no idea whether they fit together, when to take them, or when they'll run out.

Our team tried the supplement apps on the market and kept finding the same gaps. Reminder apps don't know why you take anything. Catalogs rank products for everyone at once. Lab apps show numbers without connecting them to what's on your shelf. Supin is the app we wanted instead: one place where your goals, your bottles, your labs and your daily routine all work together — with the reasoning in plain sight.

What Supin does, in one minute

  • Builds your routine from your goals, diet and health flags — and explains every product in it.
  • Scans bottles: photograph a label and the product lands on your shelf.
  • Scores every product from 0 to 100 for you, with the reasons behind each part.
  • Tracks your day: tick off doses, see the week, follow streaks and daily nutrient totals.
  • Counts what's left in every bottle and gives you a heads-up before something runs out.
  • Guides your pillbox, bottle by bottle.
  • Reads your lab results and follows each marker against your lab's own range.
  • Answers your questions with an AI assistant that knows your routine — only once you allow it.

A routine built around you

Pick up to five goals — energy, sleep, stress and mood, focus, immunity and more — then answer only the follow-up questions that fit them. Add your diet, age range and the supplements you already take, and tell Supin about anything that rules a product out: pregnancy, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, prescription medication, a chronic condition, or allergies such as fish, shellfish, soy, dairy, gluten, nuts or eggs.

Choose how full you want the routine — Core (3–4 products), Balanced (5–7) or Complete (8–10) — and Supin builds a daily plan of what to take and when. The analysis card shows your priorities and why each product is there, what it considered from your shelf and what's new. When your answers or your shelf change, it offers to rebuild. And you can always add or edit any product yourself: part of the day, which days, how many.

Scan what you already own

Photograph a supplement label, or pick a photo. Supin reads it, checks its catalog, looks it up if needed and builds a product page saved just for you. Keep shooting bottle after bottle — earlier ones are identified in the background — and everything lands on your shelf, showing what's in your routine and what isn't.

A fit score for every product

Every product gets a personal score from 0 to 100 for how well it fits your goals, safety for you, your diet, your lab results, your age and sex, and your current routine. Each part comes with its reasons, and the score is worked out on your phone. Browse the catalog by product, brand or category and sort by best fit.

Your day, tracked

Home shows what's next and how many doses are left today. Tap to mark a product taken, or mark a whole part of the day at once. A Monday-to-Sunday strip shows each day's completion, any day opens to what was taken, and a weekly card shows doses taken and perfect-day streaks. Daily nutrient totals add up what your routine provides per nutrient, from the product labels, with % of daily value where the label gives it.

Never run out by surprise

Set how many are left in each bottle and the count goes down as you mark doses taken. When a product gets to about five days left, Supin shows it on Home and sends one heads-up. The guided pillbox walks you bottle by bottle through what goes in each compartment for the week, then shows "Pillbox ready" with the day to refill.

Reminders can be set for each part of the day — morning, noon, evening and bedtime.

Lab results in plain language

Upload a lab report as a PDF, photo or camera shot from any lab. The file is read once and never stored. You review the values, units, the lab's own ranges and the collection date before anything is saved. Each marker gets a range bar and a chart over time against your lab's reference range, with what it measures in plain language — and an optional AI explanation of the report once you've allowed AI features.

Supin also suggests a core panel of tests to consider based on your answers, with how to prepare, and if a result is above your lab's range, your routine won't add more of that nutrient. It never sets doses from your lab values: amounts follow the product labels.

An assistant that knows your routine

Ask about anything in your routine: why is this in my plan?, what should I ask about my results?. The assistant can see your profile, routine, shelf and the lab values you confirmed, shows product cards you can open, can rebuild your routine from the chat, and suggests what to ask next. It's off until you allow it: before any AI feature runs, Supin shows what will be sent, who receives it and why. Choose "Not now" and the rest of the app keeps working.

Optional check-ins let you rate how you feel for each goal from 0 to 10 and follow how it changes — no scores, no judgement.

Private by default

No ads, no tracking across other apps, no selling your data. Edit any answer later, and delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.

Frequently asked questions

What is Supin?

Supin (Supplement Tracker AI on the App Store) is an iPhone app that builds a daily supplement routine around your goals and the products you own, scores every product for you, tracks doses and supply, and explains your lab results in plain language.

How does Supin decide what goes in my routine?

From your goals, diet, age range, health flags such as pregnancy, medications and allergies, and the supplements you already take. Every product comes with the reason it's there, and the routine can be rebuilt whenever your answers or shelf change.

What is the fit score?

A number from 0 to 100 for how well a product suits you, built from your goals, safety for you, diet, lab results, age and sex, and your current routine. Each part shows its reasons, and it's worked out on your phone.

What happens to my lab reports?

The file is read once to pull out the values, then discarded — it's never stored. You confirm the values before they're saved, and only the values you confirm are kept.

Does Supin sell supplements?

No. Supin doesn't make, sell or ship supplements. It helps you organise the ones you choose.

Is this medical advice?

No. Supin is educational guidance. It doesn't diagnose anything or set doses from lab values, and it isn't a medical device.
